Approximately 4-6 units per floor
Base floor is at ground level
Rental rates for all units include water, gas, heat
and parking (if allotted)
Rental rates do not include hydro or cable
Heating is controlled by hot water radiators
(the most consistent heat) fed via domestic boiler
Laundry facilities onsite - $2.00 per load
One large garbage bin for all tenants located in
back lot with recycling totes
(paper and plastic)
